These Text Messaging Terms of Use govern the “JTechMinds IVR Test” messaging program operated by JTechMinds LLC (“JTechMinds,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to or using this text message service, you accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

JTechMinds LLC develops IVR software for business customers. This program sends one-time transactional text messages — such as secure form links — for development, quality assurance, and product demonstration purposes. Messages are sent only to JTechMinds staff, invited testers, and demonstration participants who provide explicit consent. This program is not used for marketing.

Consent is collected verbally during an IVR call before any message is sent. For example, you may hear a prompt such as:

“JTechMinds would like to send a one-time test message containing a secure form link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. May we send it?”

A message is sent only if you agree. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a single message per call session or demonstration, and only when you have consented during that interaction.

We do not charge you for messages sent or received through this service. However, message and data rates may apply: depending on your plan with your wireless carrier, you may be charged by your carrier for messages you send and receive.

If you no longer want to receive text messages, reply to any message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After unsubscribing, we may send you one final message confirming your opt-out.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and the availability of your mobile device.

We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your messages and respond to you. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
